Palm Sunday, April 14

Cahaba Springs members and friends...

You're invited to study and worship on Palm Sunday, April 14. Bible Study is at 9:30 in room 226 and worship begins at 11. This week's service will be led by liturgist Joan Creighton and Pastor James D. McLeod. Dr. McLeod's sermon title is Hosanna in the Highest, based on Psalm 118 and Luke 19. Our Chancel Choir offers the anthem O Love, How Deep, How Broad, How High.

Our customary weekday activities are suspended as Cahaba Springs offers several Holy Week opportunities for contemplation and fellowship. These include our Monday prayer group and Dr. McLeod's Trussville First United Methodist Church Lenten Series devotional at noon, Wednesday, followed by a delicious Cahaba Springs prepared luncheon. Our Maundy Thursday and Good Friday services are both offered at 6:30 PM in our sanctuary as we anticipate Resurrection Sunday.

The peace of Christ be with you.
