August 22 Worship: "Are You Hungry for Jesus?"

Cahaba Springs members and friends, join us this Sunday, August 22 at 11 for worship led by Pastor Ernie Haynes and liturgist Jennifer Smith. Click here for our bulletin, order of worship, instrumental anthem, and prayer list: Bulletin-8-22-21. Click here for our August calendar and our upcoming September activities: Announcements-8-22-21. The Presbyterian Women will meet immediately after worship. We welcome home our intrepid Dominican Republic missionaries Cindy Brackenbury, Karen O'Brien, and Jon Scholl, who returned late Tuesday, having successfully installed a water purification system despite earthquakes and hurricanes. Highlights of our August Calendar: Sunday, 8/29 at 4: You are invited to a special musical event at Trinity United Methodist Church in Homewood in support of Over the Mountain Festivals. Sadie Goodman, soprano and Zachary Palamara, baritone, perform a selection of songs to welcome the return of the wonderful music we’ve missed for so many months. Tickets are $20. Visit otmfestivals.org/recital or contact George Fritsma or John Holcomb to reserve your seats. We welcome the return of our own Rev. Dawson Harmon as Cahaba Springs Presbyterian Church’s pastor. Rev. Harmon will lead worship three Sundays per month and Pastor Ernie Haynes will lead on the fourth Sunday. Be sure to join us on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at 11 for Rev. Harmon’s inaugural service.

Come home to Cahaba!
